So whether you wish to simply relax and enjoy the view, perhaps with a chilled glass of something delicious, or enjoy the opportunity for al fresco dining, this area is ideal at any time of day or evening.
The wonderful sunbathing terrace with sunbeds and parasol and some natural shade from the overhanging olive trees, the area is not at all overlooked providing you with complete privacy. Close by is swimming pool on small complex, where our guests are welcome.

We will be flexible wherever possible, but prefer changeover day to be Saturday. Departure by 10am and arrival not before 2pm , this is to accommodate cleaning and properly preparing the house for your stay.
A deposit 30% of the rental amount is required on booking. The booking can not be confirmed until this deposit has been received. The balance of the amount must be paid 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.

We had a lovely holiday in Alemar House which is very pleasant and the view really is fantastic. Dinos couldn't have been more helpful including picking us up from the airport and taking us back at the end of the holiday. Barbati is well located with an excellent beach, nice restaurants with great views and on a bus route to other interesting places.
Recommended for: Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
